1. Agreement

By using this website or applying for free installation you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Our service

Mini Mercado Express installs and operates smart vending amenities inside short-term rental properties at no cost to the host. Installation, stocking, payment processing, maintenance and guest support are all managed by us.

3. Host responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your property
• Grant reasonable access for installation and service
• Keep the space available and in reasonable condition for the unit
• Notify us of changes that affect service

4. Ownership

All hardware, software, inventory and equipment remain the property of Mini Mercado Express. Hosts do not own or pay for any component of the installation.

5. Cancellation

Either party may end the arrangement with reasonable notice. Upon cancellation we will remove the unit at our expense and restore the space to its prior condition.

6. Liability

Our service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mini Mercado Express is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the latest version on this page.
